The University Hospital of North Norway (Norwegian: Universitetssykehuset Nord-Norge) or UNN located in Tromsø, Harstad and Narvik, Norway, is a hospital and health trust and part of the Northern Norway Regional Health Authority.

UNN is the regional hospital of the northern health region, which includes the counties of Nordland, Troms and Finnmark, with a combined population of 465,000. The hospital also provides local hospital services to the 110,000 inhabitants of the Tromsø area, as well as the inhabitants of southern Troms (Harstad) and northern Nordland (Narvik)
