Určice is a village and municipality (obec) in Prostějov District in the Olomouc Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 11.2 square kilometres (4.3 sq mi), and has a population of 1,332 (as at 28 August 2006).
Určice lies approximately 6 kilometres (4 mi) south-west of Prostějov, 23 km (14 mi) south-west of Olomouc, and 205 km (127 mi) east of Prague.
