I’m Nev1. In general I’m a content adder, adding new information and sourcing information already present. This means that I’m not so hot on [[WP:MOS|MOS]] &ndash; as many who’ve worked with me on an article could tell you &ndash; but I am, for the sake of others, trying to improve.

Although I've been involved in improving a lot of articles to both Good and Featured status, what I am most proud of is being a member of the [[WP:GM|Greater Manchester wikiproject]]. This is an incredibly active project with a number of strong editors working well together. Without the structure of this project and the teamwork and help from others I probably would not have been able to produce good articles. And so I mostly edit articles related to [[Greater Manchester]], but I am looking to expand my involvement especially into the other wikiprojects I am involved in.

I was [[Wikipedia:Requests_for_adminship/Nev1|made an admin]] on 10th August 2008 and am open to recall.

I’ve editing [http://toolserver.org/~escaladix/larticles/larticles.php?user=Nev1&lang=en nearly 1,000 articles] on Wikipedia, some are good, others [[WP:GA|Good]], but I hope all have benefited from my efforts. Below are listed some of the articles I’m most proud to have been involved in creating, expanded, or generally improving. I have contributed Good articles to most of the WikiProjects I've been involved in, although most of the assessed articles I have been involved in are related to WP:GM. While I have included articles to which I have significantly contributed, there were invariably other editors without whose time and effort the articles would not have achieved recognition.
