GAN criteria

I ardently adhere to the WP GA criteria listed at Wikipedia:Good article criteria or simply GA. I am also committed to Wikipedia:What the Good article criteria are not or simply GACN. I always refer in every GAN review the guidelines given at Wikipedia:Reviewing good articles or simply (the steps) just to be hundred per cent sure about my approach.

To start

I quickfail an article which is very rare due to the following reasons:

When the article already contains cleanup banners like {{cleanup}}, {{POV}}, or {{unreferenced}}, and {{fact}};
When the nominator is not motivated enough or is apathetic; and
When it has glaring copyright issues.
