The pages I was using for notes have now moved to my Appropedia user page.
Appropedia is the wiki for appropriate technology, sustainability and poverty reduction, for stuff that doesn't belong on Wikipedia, such as original research, project write-ups, how-tos and networking.
Wikipedia is still the place for basic encyclopedia info on appropriate technologies - see also Category:Appropriate technology.

[edit]Notability
Hi there - I see you've been doing work on the articles you've started (such as Anuragam, Anuragam 1, Anuragam 2, Anuragam 3, Anuragam 4, Bosco Seva Kendra, Punarnirmaan, and Navnirmaan), and the layout has improved, and some of the sources are more helpful.
However, I still believe most of these articles are suitable for Wikipedia, as they might be very good projects, but they are not notable in the sense used in Wikipedia.
- A topic has notability if it is known outside a narrow interest group or constituency, or should be because of its particular importance or impact.
I think it is inevitable that they will be proposed for deletion.Notable
If the only sources for an article are the websites of the organisations and their projects, no third party sources, then it's hard to demonstrate that it's notable.
Again I'd encourage you to put your work on an external site. The wiki I was using has merged into [Appropedia - some of your work would be suitable for Appropedia. There are many other options if you prefer.

Health care: A phase-change incubator, developed in the late 1990s, is a low cost way for health workers to incubate microbial samples.
Note that many appropriate technologies benefit public health, by providing sanitation and safe drinking water.
Water supply: Appropriate technologies for delivering water include the hippo water roller, which allows more water to be carried, with less effort; rainwater harvesting (which requires an appropriate method of storage, especially in areas with significant dry seasons); and fog collection, suitable for areas which experience fog even when there is little rain.
The roundabout playpump, developed and used in southern Africa, harnesses the energy of children at play to pump water; however at several thousand dollars it cannot be considered a low-cost option.
Handpumps are generally a more appropriate technology than motor-driven pumps; however, even handpumps are often a problem, failing and left unused due to lack of maintenance. The principle of Village Level Operation and Maintenance is an important one with handpumps, but may be difficult in application.

Note that the water may need treatment before use, depending on the source. Groundwater may be clean, depending on depth and distance from sources of contamination such as latrines; rainwater may also be clean, especially if the early part of the rainfall is diverted to waste. However, it is often recommended to treat the water, to remove any doubt as to its safety.[citation needed]

I set duration to an enormous amount (100 hrs if counted in microseconds), but it still flips straight from "There are 27 seconds left before event starts." to "event has ended" when I preview again a half minute later.
The code:
{{countdown |year = 2012 |month = 10 |day = 13 |hour = 23 |minute = 21 |second = 0 |event = event starts |duration = 360000000000 |eventstart = event has started |eventend = event has ended }}
