Is the content added relevant to the topic? Yes, the content is very relevant. It adds good information to the article
Is the content added up-to-date? Yes, there is some very recent information. Maybe more about players could be added
Is there content that is missing or content that does not belong? The section about arenas is currently empty

Is the content added neutral? I think so. There is mention of a conflict between the NBA and China's basketball market, but it is not biased in presentation.
Are there any claims that appear heavily biased toward a particular position? No
Are there viewpoints that are overrepresented, or underrepresented? Maybe, add more about other famous basketball players, there are a couple but maybe it would be biased if there are not more included
Does the content added attempt to persuade the reader in favor of one position or away from another? No

Is all new content backed up by a reliable secondary source of information? I don't see that many footnotes, maybe farther along in editing you should add more about Adam Silver.
Are the sources thorough - i.e. Do they reflect the available literature on the topic? Perhaps there could be more sources
