Biography

Ken Ross is an independent commercial photographer based in Scottsdale, Arizona, who specializes in, travel/location, people and corporate photography. Educated in the U.S. and Switzerland, Ross began his photography career while residing in Sydney, Australia in 1985. His work has taken him to more than eighty countries, including 57 trips to Europe. Upcoming travel plans for 2008 include: Japan, The Philippines, Singapore, Malaysia, India, Yemen, Dubai, Oman, Ukraine, and Romania, among others. Ross has tens of thousands of images on file with a number of stock photo agencies around the world including Viesti Associates. His photographs have also appeared in several books published in the U.S. & Europe, including his own book project, “Real Taste of Life.” His work has been exhibited in Phoenix, New York, Japan and Mexico. In May, Ross will have his first museum exhibit, a single artist show at the Art museum of Monterey, Mexico. When not traveling he enjoys playing the drums, listening to alternative music, and collecting works by other photographers.
