[edit]

Career

[edit]

Hrsto is the founder of ALAND, which develops and constructs apartments and communities in Sydney’s western suburbs.[4][5]

Hrsto and Shaun Lane partner to create a documentary on men's mental health.[6] He also sponsors Parramatta Eels Rugby League team since 2018.[7][8]

Hrsto bought land opposite St Hilda’s School in Nerang Street in 2018 and built a "project of four towers, which include 1156 apartments, 137 build-to-rent homes, parking for nearly 1000 vehicles and 680sq m of retail space."[9]

In 2024, ALAND launched the $375 million Archibald development project located in Gosford between Sydney and Newcastle.[10] Hrsto told the The Sydney Morning Herald.[10][11]

Gosford has the advantage of being an up-and-coming regional centre with good transport links to Sydney. There’s a good pool of skilled labour on the Central Coast and we’ve found the local council extremely professional and efficient.
