Hello, I am Lennart Guldbrandsson, former Fellow of the Wikimedia Foundation and chair of Wikimedia Sverige, author of "Så fungerar Wikipedia", and hopelessly late in getting an account on English Wikipedia. On Swedish Wikipedia, where I usually hang out, I am known as Hannibal. It was there that I wrote the somewhat famous essay about raising the quality of Swedish Wikipedia.
