Hi, I'm Wikipedian1234. I've been on Wikipedia since 2006, and have since enjoyed contributing to this innovative website. As you can see in the list below, I have no particular preference in the articles I create or contribute to, so if you need help editing, I'll do the best I can.
I take pictures for Wikipedia articles, mostly of towns in the Washington DC metro area. If anyone needs DC images I would be happy to help. Here's what I have so far:
The Red Brick Courthouse in Rockville, Maryland. Constructed in 1891, it is within the Courthouse Historic District
Homes and offices on South Adams Street in Rockville
Historic Baptist cemetery on West Jefferson Street in Rockville
The Jenkins Miller McFarland House on 5 North Adams Street. Reportedly the oldest surviving structure in Rockville, it was built in 1793
Looking down East Middle Lane in Rockville and the Rockville Town Center complex
St. Mary's Church, located on Rockville Pike, was built in 1817 and is the oldest brick Catholic church in Montgomery County
The old 1931 Farmer's Bank and Trust Company building on West Montgomery Avenue in Rockville. It is noted for its Art Deco style
The old Wire Hardware Store on Church Street in Rockville. Built in 1895, it is the last cast iron frame commercial structure in Rockville
St. Mary's Church cemetery. Famous poet F. Scott Fitzgerald is buried there with his wife Zelda.
Cornerstone on the corner of Vinson Street and Maryland Avenue in Rockville, Maryland. Originally placed there in 1803 when the town was being planned. Marked "BR" for "Beginning of Rockville"
Rockville City Hall on Vinson Street
Old Rockville post office, built in 1939.
The Montgomery County Judicial Center in Rockville. It is a very typical example of the Brutalist architecture, which was popular during its construction in the 1980s.
