My name is Francesca, I work for the University of Hertfordshire in the Learning and Teaching Institute (LTI) and in the Midwifery team.

My specialist interest is Infant Feeding, paticularly the promotion of breastfeeding within the UK and support of women to feel confident in their infant feeding choices.

Within the LTI, I am working on a project to enhance assessment across the University called the 'iteam'. The aim of the project is to create a institutional change across the University to develop assessemnt for learning.
