This account is used by the openZIM project to export contents from Wikipedia through the MediaWiki API.

This account is not a person, it is used by a program.

The openZIM project has developed a file format and tools to use webcontent offline - especially complete Wikimedia projects. For testing the developers read data from different Wikimedia projects to create ZIM files from that.

These ZIM files contain all contents in highly compressed form. They can be used on Windows, Linux or mobile phones by different ZIM reader applications.
