Mackenzie Reiss is a senior photojournalism major at Syracuse University. She specializes in photographic essays and multimedia production, with an emphasis on human-interest stories and global conflict. Formerly, she was the photo editor of the independent student newspaper, The Daily Orange, and style editor at JERK Magazine[1]. After graduation, Reiss is planning to enter a year-long embed with the U.S. military to produce a short documentary on brotherhood in the armed forces.
She is currently enrolled in the course, Transnational NGOs in World Affairs, and will be making edits to NGO-related entries throughout the semester.
