At first glance it doesn't seem like vandalism. If the article is a hoax it should be re-tagged as such. Re-creating a non-notable article once is not vandalism, though would be disruptive editing if continues repeatedly. Can you explain? Peter 19:41, 30 April 2010 (UTC)

I had mistaken the user's contributions as vandalism due to the constant recreations. I do admit my mistake as when I first tagged the article, I was unaware that it was constantly recreated.
