[edit]Hello, I'm Magnolia677. I noticed that you added or changed content in an article, Robert Anton Wilson, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so. You can have a look at the tutorial on citing sources. If you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. Magnolia677 (talk) 15:23, 5 April 2021 (UTC)
- Hi, long time no get back. I think my "reliable source" is my own memory of RAW's first person narrative of his own "Sister Kenny" experience. I might have added info about Sister Kenny which I gleaned (which is to say again, remembered) from a PBS (Nova?) documentary. If I can locate the RAW auto-bio-anecdote in his great, justly famous "The Cosmic Trigger" (nonfiction psychedelic novel) and include the reference , would we consider re-inserting the material? (Two years, we both have to look it up, but it's there.) I know how to do citations now, having just added a tiny note to the Cato the Elder wikipedia article, referencing a well-researched Novel, Caesar, by Colleen McCullough, and making the link point to the Wikipedia article on the book.
So my source is, or will be, Robert Anton Wilson, His Own Self, if I can find the quote. I hope I'm not misremembering something he may have said in a live, one-off talk he gave at a Pagan-new , uh, a Pagan gathering in San Francisco -- much harder to document / authenticate!
And I hope what I'm doing makes sense, citing a book and then linking it (properly with wikimarkup) to the wiki article on the book in question. Maybe Cato was practice.
Anyway, thanks for the time.
MM
