August 2017[edit]

Hello, I'm Nihlus Kryik. Wikipedia is written by people who have a wide diversity of opinions, but we try hard to make sure articles have a neutral point of view. Your recent edit to University of Phoenix seemed less than neutral to me, so I removed it for now. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks. — nihlus kryik  (talk) 12:56, 19 August 2017 (UTC)

Please do not add commentary or your own personal analysis to Wikipedia articles, as you did to University of Phoenix. Doing so violates Wikipedia's neutral point of view policy and breaches the formal tone expected in an encyclopedia. Thank you. — nihlus kryik  (talk) 12:58, 19 August 2017 (UTC)

Warning icon Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to blank out or remove content, templates, or other materials to Wikipedia, as you did with this edit to University of Phoenix, you may be blocked from editing. — nihlus kryik  (talk) 12:59, 19 August 2017 (UTC)

You may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you blank out or remove content from Wikipedia, as you did with this edit to University of Phoenix. — nihlus kryik  (talk) 13:01, 19 August 2017 (UTC)

You have been blocked from editing for a period of 31 hours for continued removal of material. Once the block has expired, you are welcome to make useful contributions. If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, you may request an unblock by first reading the guide to appealing blocks, then adding the following text to the bottom of your talk page: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.   -- There'sNoTime (to explain) 13:17, 19 August 2017 (UTC)

As an administrator @There'sNoTime / (User talk:There'sNoTime), I find it funny that you violated the terms of the agreement, when you decided to put yourself into and use profanity at and towards me: (edit conflict) @Ballastrae: Edit warring and removing content for a stupid reason like not holding up the same standards for other universities (and putting shit like We can do this all day!!!!!!!!!!! in your edit summary) and then telling an admin is a really bad idea. Blocked for 31 hours. No abuse of rollback (though @Nihlus Kryik: in the future, please don't continually revert, and instead let an admin know so we can block them quicker) -- There'sNoTime (to explain) 13:20, 19 August 2017 (UTC)

and then to define the changes as "stupid". Please take the time to reflect on oneself. I will be more than happy to appeal.Ballastrae (talk) 13:42, 19 August 2017 (UTC)

I called it a stupid reason (WP:OTHERSTUFF is a stupid reason), and that you put "shit" like We can do this all day!!!!!!!!!!! in your edit summary (which suggests you don't want to cooperate). Feel free to appeal the above valid block, to be honest I think it's a little lenient, given you were both removing content and edit warring. It also appears you want to remove criticism of University of Phoenix - are you affiliated with them in any way? -- There'sNoTime (to explain) 13:46, 19 August 2017 (UTC)

Still doesn't matter, you want to define and promote one standard, yet you @There'sNoTime / (User talk:There'sNoTime) want to do the same. Hopefully you are somewhat educated or maybe not, that one would know to avoid any use of any profane language. You edit the comment that you "to explain" and yet there was not explanation to me, but more so wanted to try and belittle. It is so grand than one behind a keyboard could be so bold. You are an administrator and I am not, you might want to remember that......Ballastrae (talk) 13:51, 19 August 2017 (UTC)

As I stated above, here's how to appeal your block. Have a great day Face-smile.svg -- There'sNoTime (to explain) 13:53, 19 August 2017 (UTC)

To answer your question, @There'sNoTime / (User talk:There'sNoTime), no I am not affiliated with the University of Phoenix!! We add comment to some, btt we don't to others that clearly have major issues and this is my concern, since you asked. The schools that have the greater need to do right seem to be held to different standards, the religious and state funded..Ballastrae Ballastrae (talk) 14:07, 19 August 2017 (UTC)

If I were you I would stop arguing and get over the profanity because you can't just keep removing content on an article without a valid explanation. That is called edit warring. Like There'sNoTime said, if you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, you may request an unblock by first reading the guide to appealing blocks. TheNewSMG (talk) 18:07, 19 August 2017 (UTC)

It is funny @TheNewSMG that you got blocked yourself. WHAT IS REALLY FUNNY IS THAT IT WAS IN THE SAME TIME-FRAME. Next time make sure you know what you are talking about as I did not use profanity, @There'sNoTime did. (talk) Ballastrae (talk) 01:17, 16 April 2018 (UTC)
