Hello, BarryRadio, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Here are some pages that you might find helpful:

I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Please sign your messages on discussion pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically insert your username and the date. Conflict of Interest

[edit]

I'm concerned that your only two edits to date have been an attempt to insert references to Barry Radio, the same as your username, to articles. This makes it look like your purpose is to use Wikipedia as a tool to promote (what I assume is) a website with which you are personally associated. Per WP:COI, this is not an acceptable use of Wikipedia. Furthermore, you should probably request a different user name, as we do not allow usernames that look like the person is an official representative of a company or organization; you can do so at WP:RENAME. Just for reference (I noticed your message on the username change), I'm not a "moderator" we call them admins or administrators here (and a few older users use the term "sysop"). I'm an editor, just like you, just with more experience. We're all empowered to bring concerns to each other. If you have a chance, I strongly recommend taking a look through some of the basic pointers in the welcome message at the top of the page. If you ever have any questions, feel free to ask me on my talk page at any time. Qwyrxian (talk) 05:00, 29 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]
