Where is that panel which was under "Quality and Codecs" section? It was a very helpful.
Are you reffering to the table comparing the various video encoding available for users? If so, it is currently there, but collapsed by default. To the right of the header, you should see a link that will expand the section.
If that's not it, let me know and I'll try to help you out!
