Weblogs

[edit]

Howdy Jeff. The Websites category is pretty stuffed right now, so I'm trying to sub-categorize (and sub-sub categorize...) it a bit more. May I suggest that we use Category:Weblogs as the parent for Category:Weblog services (which would have hosts, resources etc.) and Category:Weblog sites (which would have the actual locations of noteworthy weblogs)? That definitely makes sense to me. I would suggest Weblog tools and services though, since programs like TypePad don't provide actual service; they just makes it easier if you have your own host. Likewise, I'm sure there will be a GNU tool out there that uploads to multiple weblogs; that would be a tool, not a service. If we're making a category about it, it might as well be inclusive of everything relevant. Thanks for your response! Jeff Bowman 00:47, Apr 29, 2005 (UTC)
