Ok[edit]

I understand your religious concerns and I understand what you're saying, but the point of Wikipedia is not to be specifically tailored to religious beliefs. There are members of almost every single religion who contribute to this wiki, and if their religions prohibited pictorial depictions of their prophet, like your religion does, and we had to remove offensive images, we'd end up with a serious lack of images. The problem is that we simply can't remove it if only a small majority wants it removed. Something that is significant to the article should be majority approved and one member summarily removing the offensive content in question is not the way Wikipedia is meant to be run.

Obviously, us just talking won't solve this problem because religious concerns of members are a far-reaching problem. Might I suggest visiting Wikipedia:Resolving disputes? --Kevin W. 03:28, 3 December 2006 (UTC)
