[edit]Hello! Voting in the 2023 Arbitration Committee elections is now open until 23:59 (UTC) on Monday, 11 December 2023. All eligible users are allowed to vote. Users with alternate accounts may only vote once.
The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.
If you wish to participate in the 2023 election, please review the candidates and submit your choices on the voting page. If you no longer wish to receive these messages, you may add {{NoACEMM}}

Personal attacks
[edit]Please do not attack other editors, as you did at Talk:List of X-Men members. Comment on content, not on contributors. Personal attacks damage the community and deter users. Please stay cool and keep this in mind while editing. Thank you. Hotwiki (talk) 06:12, 3 February 2024 (UTC)
- It was not my intention to hurt anyone or in replying intended for personal attacks. I just wrote what had happened, that's all. If you feel that way, so I apologize but I'll stick to my opinion. Ringardiumleviossa (talk) 06:49, 3 February 2024 (UTC)
Warning
[edit]Please stop. If you continue to violate Wikipedia's no original research policy by adding your personal analysis or synthesis into articles, as you did at List of X-Men members, you may be blocked from editing. Hotwiki (talk) 08:06, 15 February 2024 (UTC)
- Do you have any problem with me editing that page? Ringardiumleviossa (talk) 08:08, 15 February 2024 (UTC)
- I am just adding the information which is already available in their own wikipedia page. What are those information doing there for a long time if it is my personal analysis or synthesis. Ringardiumleviossa (talk) 08:10, 15 February 2024 (UTC)
- Do you need me to add reference for freaking names too? Ringardiumleviossa (talk) 08:11, 15 February 2024 (UTC)
- We don't use Wikipedia articles as reference. If youve been reverted for your unreferenced edits, you should post a reference instead of responding "check Wikipedia". Kindly revert that edit of yours. Hotwiki (talk) 08:17, 15 February 2024 (UTC)
- Whenever I tries to use references regarding Woofer, Cyclops name as Captain Krakoa, Colossus name as Juggernaut, you either simply don't respond or announce them to be not reliable. So leave the reference arguement? Where were are the references when you edited those full names? Ringardiumleviossa (talk) 08:22, 15 February 2024 (UTC)
- A lot of nicknames I added this month were based on your proposal in the talkpage. As for full names, those full names were already mentioned in the other sections of the List of X-Men members, I simply repeated their "full name" in the other sections for consistency. If you had an issue with those changes, you could have reverted those changes or discuss in the talk page several days ago to discuss about it but you didn't. Hotwiki (talk) 14:48, 15 February 2024 (UTC)
- Why would have I reverted those names? To get my edits reverted back again? Ringardiumleviossa (talk) 14:52, 15 February 2024 (UTC)

Blocked
[edit]This account has been blocked indefinitely as a sockpuppet of Nekivik (talk · contribs · deleted contribs · page moves · block user · logs · block log · arb · rfc · lta · SPI · cuwiki) that was created to violate Wikipedia policy. Note that using multiple accounts is allowed, but using them for illegitimate reasons is not, and that all edits made while evading a block or ban may be reverted or deleted. If this account is not a sockpuppet, and you would like to be unblocked, you may appeal this block by first reading the guide to appealing blocks, then adding the text {{unblock|Your reason here ~~~~}} below. - @NinjaRobotPirate, I semi retired (as I told at the noticeboard) and came back now to see that my account is blocked? Damn, I didn't know about sockpuppetry until this. I could not even access that discussion at the noticeboard because it has been archived now. @Nekivik was my brother's account and it has been nearly a year he has stopped editing in Wikipedia. We sometimes also used/shared each others devices for editing so few times mistake had happened (you can check that for confirmation if you have that type of specific resources for locating multiple devices), and of course we live together. Regarding those "win" consensus, I would say my brother has asked me to support and we share too many same opinions and interests (which you can clearly see from our contributions in some same Wikipedia pages but you will also find some distinct topics) Since I couldn't unarchive my discussion, I am telling here to @CoffeeCrumbs that it takes time to find references/sources and if you see those talks at Talk:List of X-Men members, I provided them under 24 hours but still I didn't got any response and those reference were not being added and changes made in the article according to them (even till this date). And I know many of them are reliable except Aiptcomics so please check them again. And regarding the comment removed by me after 4 minutes? It was maybe removed because I re-edited my reply at the same time and perhaps @Hotwiki's comment was deleted (also surprised to see this was informed by an IP user). I am not here to get the block removed @NinjaRobotPirate, I prefer it like the way it is as I was already going to take a break even before suggested by @CoffeeCrumbs at the noticeboard. I agree there were some mistakes done by me (but not all of them) because I was frustrated and desperate as you can see from my mood in Talk:List of X-Men members; and trust me I am not that type of person. At last, I would like to say that I think I am not the first person complaining about @Hotwiki for their/his alleged controlling behaviour of certain pages (like they didn't even wanted to remove a full stop/period from words that isn't a sentence: basic grammar - you can also see it in the talk). I am pretty sure that I am also not the first person accused by them of attacking them personally/or getting blocked. I kindly ask @NinjaRobotPirate and @CoffeeCrumbs to check that to confirm and do something that it won't happen in future to someone else. And @Hotwiki, regarding that quote nicknames that I was adding, primary sources of those character's individual pages in Marvel.com shows that quote names as well. I would've added those but I don't want to now. Thanks! Have a great time all! Ringardiumleviossa (talk) 06:13, 19 February 2024 (UTC)
- Unfortunately, the original content dispute is a moot issue now. This is an extremely popular excuse for people misusing multiple accounts, to the extent there's even a lighthearted page on the subject at WP:BROTHER. In any case, even if your version of events is accurate in this regard, you and your brother have engaged in WP:MEATPUPPET behavior and you did not fulfill your responsibility to keep your account secure, both which are inappropriate.
- You have the ability to appeal your block, but I find it unlikely you'll get much support at this time. If you wish to edit again at some point, I'd wait six months to a year (or even longer), and then follow WP:STANDARD. CoffeeCrumbs (talk) 09:26, 19 February 2024 (UTC)
- @CoffeeCrumbs, I'm laughing because I wasn't blaming my brother as per WP:BROTHER (who is elder than me) and I was instead saying that we have countable/few mistakes while using same devices. My events are true though I won't be appealing to get my account unblocked because I know many people having block didn't have it removed just because they don't have any means to prove it. I just wanted to say tell administrators what was my real problem with @hotwiki and explained it even though it was moot issue now. Thanks for hearing!
