Hello and welcome to my talk page.

List of F1 songs[edit]

Look, I'm sorry if I am coming off as being nasty or anything. I'd like to understand what you are trying to achieve, but listing the names of songs someone uses to make nice videoclips is not important enough to be placed in wikipedia. It also doesn't miss out by only a little bit, it is a long way below the threshhold of importance for Wikipedia. What is it you would like to achieve in Wikipedia? --Falcadore (talk) 06:28, 8 February 2014 (UTC)

I can understand that you like these song edits, but they are immensely unimportant. There is no good reason for this information to be kept, it is not information of any significance.
Wikipedia is not a fan page for keeping of every little bit of information that people think is cool. It has to be important. And this isn't. --Falcadore (talk) 05:36, 9 February 2014 (UTC)
Might I suggest that the Formula One wikia might be a more appropriate place for this data? --Falcadore (talk) 05:39, 9 February 2014 (UTC)
That it was removed from the F1 Wikia underlines that it is information of no value. The quuestion I asked you before, had it ever appeared as a news item, should have been very telling for you. If the major news agencies, even the specialist motorsport press the world over do not report on it at all then it cannot be information of any real import. --Falcadore (talk) 22:56, 9 February 2014 (UTC)
I do not know why you drop out of Wikipedia log on, although there is an amount of time that a log in expires, but wikipedia islonger than most websites so unless you are leaving your computer for over an hour at a time between edits then problem is more likely to be with your ISP.
Another question to ask yourself, this is a list of songs which you believe are associated with soe Formula One motor races. If they are important at all, how did they effects those motor races? Are the motor races affected somehow because of their production? Could they change the result of a race? --Falcadore (talk) 23:10, 9 February 2014 (UTC)
Affecting the popularity is not an important enough reason to keep it and even if it was, how would to reference such an assertion? Have you ever seen a news item stating how good one of these video clips were? --Falcadore (talk) 23:18, 9 February 2014 (UTC)

You don't seem to understand wikipedia very well, can I help you in anyway? --Falcadore (talk) 10:13, 11 February 2014 (UTC)

I notice you are trying to re-create the article under a different name as Formula One Official Race Edits. I would like to know how I could explain to you that this is a subject that will not and indeed can not achieve sufficient notability for inclusion into Wikipedia.

The biggest hurdle you have is achieving notability. Providing references to places on the internet verifies these edits exist, but they don't establish notability (which is similar to importance). For example, is there coverage of these edits in news sources? It can be in specialist motor racing websites, or if you like music video websites like MTV by way of example.

I think you will find it incredibly difficult to convince others that this topic is not Wikipedia:Fancruft. --Falcadore (talk) 01:53, 14 March 2014 (UTC)
