VT Halter Marine, Inc. is a shipbuilding company and a subsidiary of VT Systems, the American subsidiary of ST Engineering. It is located in Pascagoula, Mississippi. It specializes in ship design, construction, and repair, and serves both public and private clients, including the United States Department of Defense.

VT Halter Marine, Inc. (VTHM) is a modern and progressive shipbuilding subsidiary of VT Systems (VTS). The shipyard combines leading-edge technologies with over 70 years tradition of designing and building the world’s highest quality maritime products. VTHM specialize in ship design, construction, and repair and offer comprehensive packages covering shipbuilding projects from blueprint to blue water. In 2018 VT Halter designed, built and delivered the first of two U.S. jones Act compliant LNG Powered ConRos to Crowley, and started building the first Jones Act compliant U.S Flagged LNG ATB Bunkering Barge and Tug for Q-LNG. Government programs play an important roll in the continued success of VT Halter, with a diverse portfolio of designs and past experience.
