Vasakronan is a former Swedish government owned real estate company.

Vasakronan has operations in Stockholm, the Stockholm suburbs, Gothenburg, Malmö, Lund and Uppsala.

In 2008, Vasakronan merged with AP Fastigheter. The company operates under the Vasakronan name today.[1]
