Vega Independent School District is a public school district based in Vega, Texas (USA).
Located in Oldham County, the district extends into a small portion of Deaf Smith County. In addition, students in grades 7–12 from the neighboring Wildorado Independent School District attend Vega schools unless their parents choose another of Wildorado's neighboring districts.
The district operates two schools on one campus.

In 2009, the school district was rated "recognized" by the Texas Education Agency.[2]
