Vernon R. Pederson

Vernon R. Pederson (September 11, 1919 – February 26, 2017) was an American attorney who served as a Justice on the North Dakota Supreme Court.[1]

He earned his B.S.C., LL.B., and J.D. degrees at the University of North Dakota. In 1974 he was elected to the Supreme Court and reelected in 1980. Pederson retired in 1985. In 1952, he married Evelyn Kraby (1918-2007). His wife died in 2007. He currently resides in Fargo, North Dakota. [2]
