Vientiane Mai is a Laotian language newspaper published by the Government of Laos. It was earlier called Vientiane Post its name was changed Vientiane Mai or New Vientiane in1975 when the Lao People's Revolutionary Party took power.It reflects the position of the Government and the Communist Party.[1][2][3][4]
