Viinijärvi is a rather large lake in Northern Karelia region in Finland. It belongs to Vuoksi main catchment area. Viinijärvi is the 36th biggest lake in Finland. There are municipalities Polvijärvi, Outokumpu and Liperi in the area.[1]
