Vikram Sood

Vikram Sood is the former head of India's foreign intelligence agency, the RAW.[1] He ran the organization for 2 years.[2] He previously served in the Indian Postal Service and was later absorbed in the RAS cadre.[3] Currently Sood acts as Advisor to Observer Research Foundation.[4] He writes regularly at his blog http://soodvikram.blogspot.in on national security and geopolitics ,his writings are widely published in leading newspapers .His twitter handle is https://twitter.com/Vikram_Sood
