Vision Communications, Inc. is a Springfield, MO company consisting of 99 Hit FM, KICK, and Sign Pro. Vision Communications is owned by RC Amer. Amer purchased 99 Hit FM, a Contemporary Christian Music station, in 1995. He then purchased KADI, a Conservative Talk station, in 1999.
