Vysoká Lhota is a village and municipality (obec) in Pelhřimov District in the Vysočina Region of the Czech Republic.

The municipality covers an area of 3.1 square kilometres (1.2 sq mi), and has a population of 17 (as at 31 December 2013), which makes it the smallest village in Czech republic by population count.

Vysoká Lhota lies approximately 13 kilometres (8 mi) west of Pelhřimov, 40 km (25 mi) west of Jihlava, and 87 km (54 mi) south-east of Prague.
