WTWT is a radio station broadcasting a Christian rock format. The station is licensed to Calvary Chapel of Russell, Pennsylvania, but its city of license is Bradford, Pennsylvania and its transmitter (once built) will be located in Allegany, New York. WTWT is licensed to broadcast at 90.5 MHz. The station operates under the brand “Dove FM.” WTWT's programming is simulcast on WYVL/Youngsville, Pennsylvania.

Like most Calvary Chapel stations, WTWT broadcasts a mixture of bible lessons and Christian music. Its playlist originally included a mix of Christian rock, Jesus music and contemporary Christian music spanning from the 1960s to the present; the playlist leaned slightly more toward older music and rock, since the station was originally conceived as an alternative to the Family Life Network, which broadcasts mostly contemporary Christian pop music. On February 1, 2016, the station flipped to a more standard contemporary Christian music format, claiming it to be a response to "listener demand" and putting it in direct competition with FLN.

The "WTWT" calls were previously heard on one of the affiliates of Washington Post Radio (now known as WWFD).
