Walter Channing is the owner of the Channing Daughters' Winery in Bridgehampton, New York, a wood sculptor, and a founder and partner in C.W. Group, a venture capital business focusing on investments and business development in the healthcare, biotechnology, and managed-care provider service sectors.[1]

He was married to actress Stockard Channing from 1963-1967.
