Walter Hussey Vivian was an Australian politician.

An estate agent, he was elected to the New South Wales Legislative Assembly in 1890 as the Free Trade member for Hastings and Manning. He was defeated in 1891, and later made several more runs for political office. Little is known of him, although he is believed to have moved to South Africa at some stage.[1]
