Wierzchownia [vjɛʂˈxɔvɲa] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Pęcław, within Głogów County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in south-western Poland.[1] Prior to 1945 it was in Germany.

It lies approximately 2 km (1 mi) south-east of Pęcław, 13 km (8 mi) east of Głogów, and 79 km (49 mi) north-west of the regional capital Wrocław.
