Wigan Rugby League Hall of Fame

The Wigan Warriors Hall of Fame honours outstanding players who have played for the Wigan Warriors and been integral to the club's success from its foundation in 1872 to the present. It was set up in 1998 with Billy Boston and Shaun Edwards the inaugural inductees.[1]
Wigan are the most successful rugby league club in Britain with a record 19 league championships (including Super League) and a record 18 Challenge Cup victories[2] and some of the players that played in those eras are regarded as legends by those associated with the club and throughout the Rugby League world. It is believed that there will be another induction in the autumn of 2015.
