Speedy Close, first it's not used here at wikipedia which is a requirement for nomination. As for technical grounds the foreground is less than ideal and Oppose on those grounds, poor composition. We have Ed Koch Queensboro Bridge which is over-illustrated as it is, so I'm going to assume the inclusion of this picture is probably not a good idea. — raeky t 08:22, 28 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]
