World Judo Federation 2

[edit]
On hold until 25 October 2024

This is my second time requesting. The first was declined as I had not published the World Judo Federation article draft yet. It is now published. (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Draft:World_Judo_Federation)

Description: This is the official logo of the World Judo Federation (WJF).

Article to be used on/reason for upload: To be used in a new article on the World Judo Federation, currently a draft. Non-free use rationale:

Media data and Non-free use rationale
Description This is the logo for World Judo Federation.

World Judo Federation
Source (WP:NFCC#4) https://www.brain4net.de/wjf/images/wjf2021-176.png
Use in article (WP:NFCC#7) World Judo Federation
Purpose of use in article (WP:NFCC#8) The image is used to identify the organization World Judo Federation, a subject of public interest. The significance of the logo is to help the reader identify the organization, assure the readers that they have reached the right article containing critical commentary about the organization, and illustrate the organization's intended branding message in a way that words alone could not convey.
Not replaceable with
free media because
(WP:NFCC#1)
Because it is a non-free logo, there is almost certainly no free representation. Any substitute that is not a derivative work would fail to convey the meaning intended, would tarnish or misrepresent its image, or would fail its purpose of identification or commentary.
Minimal use (WP:NFCC#3) As this is an official logo, the entire image must be used and a portion would not suffice.
Respect for
commercial opportunities
(WP:NFCC#2)
This is not for commercial use.
Fair useFair use of copyrighted material in the context of World Judo Federation//en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Files_for_uploadtrue

Use in article (WP:NFCC#7) Massu Engira Masilamani (soundtrack)
Purpose of use in article (WP:NFCC#8) Main infobox. The image is used for identification in the context of critical commentary of the work for which it serves as cover art. It makes a significant contribution to the user's understanding of the article, which could not practically be conveyed by words alone. The image is placed in the infobox at the top of the article discussing the work, to show the primary visual image associated with the work, and to help the user quickly identify the work and know they have found what they are looking for. Use for this purpose does not compete with the purposes of the original artwork, namely the artist's providing graphic design services to music concerns and in turn marketing music to the public.
Not replaceable with
free media because
(WP:NFCC#1)
As musical cover art, the image is not replaceable by free content; any other image that shows the packaging of the music would also be copyrighted, and any version that is not true to the original would be inadequate for identification or commentary.
Minimal use (WP:NFCC#3)
Respect for
commercial opportunities
(WP:NFCC#2)
Use of the cover art in the article complies with Wikipedia non-free content policy and fair use under United States copyright law as described above.
