Wilkowiczki [vilkɔˈvit͡ʂki] (German Klein Wilkowitz) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Toszek, within Gliwice County, Silesian Voivodeship, in southern Poland.[1] It lies approximately 4 kilometres (2 mi) south-east of Toszek, 19 km (12 mi) north-west of Gliwice, and 38 km (24 mi) north-west of the regional capital Katowice.

The village has a population of 239.
