William Ellis Bailiff (19 March 1882 – 1972) was a footballer born in Ruabon in north-east Wales who played as a goalkeeper.[1]

He started his playing career with Ruabon before moving on to Druids, Northampton Town and Bristol City, for whom he played in The Football League.[1]

He received four international caps for Wales,[1] the last of which came against Ireland in 1920.[2]
