William Guidott (1671–1743) was a Member of the Parliament of Great Britain for Andover for seven parliaments between 1708 and 1727.

He lived at Preston Candover near Basingstoke and Andover and married Patience Soper.

He matriculated from New Inn Hall, Oxford University, on 22 March 1685, aged 14, and in 1686 became a student of Lincoln's Inn.
