William Hale (born 1934 in Rome, Georgia) is an American film and television director sometimes billed as Billy Hale. Italy Hale is best known for such films and television series as The Virginian (TV series), Journey to Shiloh, SOS Titanic, The Murder of Mary Phagan and The Streets of San Francisco.[1]
