William Stirton (1893-1947) was an Australian rugby league player of the 1910s.

William Stirton was born at Dubbo, New South Wales in 1893. He played five-eighth for Glebe Dirty Reds for two seasons: 1919 and 1921.[1]

He died at Newtown, New South Wales in 1947.
