Charles C. Scruggs, (born February 21, 1975) better known by his stage name Wish Bone, is an American rapper and member of the Grammy-Award winning Cleveland rap group Bone Thugs-n-Harmony.

Solo career[edit]

Born February 21, 1974, Wish Bone is the cousin of Steven "Layzie Bone" Howse and younger cousin of Stanley "Flesh-n-Bone" Howse. He has a son named Charles "Lil' Wish" Scruggs, III. He also participated little on the Mo Thugs Family albums. He founded Thugline Records together with his fellow Bone Thug member Krayzie Bone.

He has collaborated with Krayzie Bone on his solo albums, as well as on Bone Brothers. He was also featured on the 1997 single "Breakdown" with Mariah Carey and Krayzie Bone. Wish has yet to release his solo album.
