Witold Bałażak (born November 15, 1964 in Radom) is a Polish politician. He was elected to the Sejm on September 25, 2005 getting 6420 votes in 17 Radom district, candidating from the League of Polish Families list.

Since October 10, 2009 Bałażak is the chairman of the League of Polish Families.
