Y Soft Corporation is a Czech, enterprise print management solutions company which was founded in 2000, with HQ in Czech Republic and offices in France, Hungary, Israel, United Kingdom, United Arab Emirates, United States, Japan, Singapore, and Australia.[1][2]
In 2012, Y Soft Venture Capital has been established to provide support to startups with interesting technology and help them with the international expansion.[3][4][5]
In 2013, Y Soft announced the acquisition of Equitrac Systems of Australia.[6][7]
In 2014, Y Soft announced the investment in 3D printer manufacturer be3D. Y Soft acquired a 51% share of be3D in the investment agreement.[8]
