Ya'akov Shahar (Template:Lang-he-n; born 1941) is an Israeli businessman best known for his ownership of Maccabi Haifa F.C..[2]

Before he went into business, Shahar played football for the youth team of Sektzia Nes Tziona; an injury ended his participation in the sport.[citation needed]
