"You're the One"
Song

"You're the One" is the title of R&B hit single by group SWV. The 1996 song spent one week at number-one on the US R&B chart, making it the third SWV song to reach number one on the chart. The song was also a huge cross-over success. Due to its high initial sales (along with sufficient airplay),[citation needed] the single debuted at number nine on the Billboard Hot 100 and duly peaked at the number five position. The single sold 900,000 copies domestically and was certified gold by the RIAA.[2][1]
