Yuri Larin

Yuri Aleksandrovich Larin, Юрий Ларин (1882–1932), born in Simferopol as Mikhail Aleksandrovich Luria, was a Soviet economist and politician. He was head of OZET, the Society for Settling Toiling Jews on the Land. His father, Shneur Zalman Luria, was an engineer, Hebrew author and Zionist.[1] His adopted daughter was Anna Larina.
His godmother was Menshevik leader Lydia Dan.[2]
