Zamzani Abdul Wahab, popularly known as Chef Zam is a Malaysian celebrity chef.[1]

He is currently[when?] the Head of Special Projects at KDU College's School of Hospitality, Tourism & Culinary Arts, Selangor, Malaysia for the past 11 years. He holds an Associate of Science degree in Hotel-Restaurant Management and a bachelor's degree in Hotel-Restaurant/Institutional Management (both from Johnson & Wales University, Providence, United States), as well as a Master of Arts degree in Hospitality Management from Thames Valley University in London.
